Cons
You would work for a company owned by a person who is barred from the industry yet still directs the day-to-day operations of the organization (illegal). Get ready for very unethical and borderline illegal transactions, a management team with dysfunctional moral compasses, zero communication even within the same departments, angry clients, endless lawsuits, FINRA complaints, SEC charges, salary cuts, unexpected employee terminations, and to top it off: you get to work with drug addicts and convicted sex-offenders in what it supposed to be a very highly regulated, professional industry. If you see a job ad for this company, do yourself a favor: search the company on google, realize everything you read is absolutely true, then move on with your life.
