Pros

Great products and marketing department Salary competitive, benefits are ok they used to be excellent Great customer base Deep rooted history with in the building supply industry

Cons

I have never worked for a company where there is such a huge disconnect from the corporate offices to what is needed to be successful in the field. They care about one thing and one thing only how to cut back on expenses and people and not on how to grow the business. They destroyed manufacturing plants and now the products they produce don't match what once was. Was once a great company and no longer is the caring is no longer there.

Pros

You do get a paycheck

Cons

They lie about everything, They treat you poorly and will call you names. The management and supervisors are racist. The medical benefits are horrible, might as well not have any. last minute forced to work overtime to include weekends and holidays. No climate control in the plant, in the winter you will freeze. They have several complaints to L&I about their poor culture and mistreatment of employees.
