altE provides generous profit sharing bonuses on a quarterly basis to *all* of its employees when we meet performance goals (which we have a year straight now), a new 401k plan that the company has generously contributed to for its employees in the last year, health and dental insurance coverage (which in 2018 can be over $15k/yr per person in additional benefits the company pays for), three weeks of PTO that ramps up to five by your 5th year anniversary, free solar gear to use and learn with in your own home, many sales and non-sales employees are given monthly performance incentives, your own birthday as your own personal day off and more. Could we do better? You bet... and we will. We've grown more than 50% in the last year thanks to our whole team's hard work, which makes it easier for us to offer even more benefits to everyone on our staff.
