Pros
- Co-workers are some of the brightest. - Hourly-based employment allows for higher pay if willing to work. - Enjoyed the projects I was assigned. - Kitchen/food was great before COVID-19.
Cons
- Blindsided by a layoff due to primary contract pulling back investment. - Majority of the business comes from one company. - Upper management changed too often; too much overhead. - Lack of coding standards and documentation.
