      Best product based company to work for a Mechanical engineer

      Pros

      1) Flexible timings 2) Better salaries based on current market value for that position and years of experience. 3) Individuality and sole responsibility at work. 4) Hard work pays off.

      Cons

      1) As in almost all the professional companies, there are few people who cant digest your hard work and your interest/zeal to grow... They will definitely try to pull you down.. But proper dealing will mask this issue.

      Worst Company to work for

      Pros

      This company is for you, if: 1. If you are a Mechanical Engineer. 2. You don't want to switch to a new company ever in your career. 3. You want second to none work life balance. 4. You don't want to grow in your career anymore. 5. You are okay with absolute zero learning curve. 6. You are okay in working with age old technologies. 7. You have a good amount of experience and looking for a company to settle down. 8. You are married and have kids, and are looking for a no fuss, and a relaxing job.

      Cons

      1. Worst company to start your career if you are a CS engineer. They work on age old technologies and the experience is useless in outside world. 2. HR's change policies and make changes to official documents at their free will even without making a public notice at times. Also, they make everyone applicable to them, even if you are not legally applicable to the changes. 3. Company as a whole looks unwilling to switch to newer technologies. Competition is way ahead of them. 4. No appreciation for a will to deliver extra, beyond your scope of responsibilities 5. Poor food and parking facilities. 6. Poor sex ratio.
