Used to be a great place to work, now not so much.

Pros

Most of the people you will encounter who work here are smart. Really smart. Some ability to flex and comp your time.

Cons

Management is not only out of touch with their staff, the executives of the company have not had an all staff meeting in around 2 years now, instead choosing to hid behind a blog that they rarely publish and rarely respond to comments on. Benefits used to be great but now the entire company is left with a high deductible insurance plan that will really only save them if they're in a life threatening situation. Management has made several bad decisions recently, from hires/terms to investments in other companies. This has left the company apparently strapped for cash as spending holds and layoffs seem to be commonplace now. The lack of communication from management has led to very low employee morale.

Pros

Work from home opportunities available

Cons

Poor leadership Unless you are in management, your voice will never be heard Layoffs multiple times while I worked there Can't believe in leadership being transparent even though they pride themselves on it Not a team environment Overpaid people dreaming up meetings and groups that suck the time out of all the overstressed employees that have too much to do Poor benefits No opportunity for growth
