      Pros

      Cool Product Free snacks and drinks from Costco (but they disappear 2 days after delivery) Free gym at the company, can use the AlterG or attend yoga 1x week Quarterly team lunches Great customers Flexible schedule

      Low morale Departments have to take turns cleaning the kitchen Micro managers IT spying on your work No vision for the company No investment or appreciation toward employees Promotions/raises only given if employee attempts to leave Management preventing growth, keeping it at small/capital equipment business 1990s office environment Sales process changes every quarter Below market salary

      Amazing technology. Unique product. Great product, great customers

      Cons

      Board is clueless as to have inept the management team is. Current CEO is untrustworthy with poor reputation globally. No plan to bring company to next level, poor morale, poor direction, no awareness of how to grow business.
