Pros

Located at Vivo, no pros for my team

Cons

No basic pay Leads are from cold calling the public, not bank customers like they promised Mislead people to think they are from ocbc bank The bond is for 3 years but the incentive "basic" pay (need to hit kpi) is only for 2 years. Need to pay back the "basic" if you leave before the 3years bond or if you don't hit KPI. Insurance agent, but they tell you they are investment specialist, better than banker.

Pros

The agency is big with nice office. They provide free printing and cold calling lines.

Cons

It is only fair that I am speaking only about my experience with my previous team. The environment is highly focused on profits instead of providing values to clients. The agency does provide group training, but my manager didn't provide any 1 to 1 training at all. She even request me to not go for them. In this highly regulated industry, it is extremely important to have proper training and guidance. The leader was focused on recruitment and not the career progression of the agents. The agency should understand that gents are human, not lead generation tools.
