Good business to have a career not just a job

Everyone knows everyone, you're not just a number when you work here - even the owners and directors are approachable and know your name. They value progression, if you're wanting to make a career in the industry the company helps support this. Various roles are fast paced/task filled, keeps work life different day to day - you're not just sat at your desk watching the clock. Good benefits such as healthcare plan/bonuses/retail discounts which I used often, it's a nice extra to be rewarded with!

Cons

Hard to pick a con because I really love my job and working here. I would say progression only goes so far in some departments, but you can have opportunity to move to others if you have an interest.

Failing to find any pros for working here

Cons

No support to staff, will hire and fire to save pennies, will keep on younger staff to save on salary funds, CEO’s and HR team simply there to scare you into hard work for little reward, incredibly low pay for the amount of work. No review or progression available, young female staff highly favoured by management
