      Good pay, young crowd, nothing

      No good management, unfair treatment and judgement, no proper performance review, make decisions based on personal reasons, no proper communication, toxic environment, the incharge is self centred

      1. This is fun place to work 2. You colleagues are your friends in your life too 3. We have open-door policy and the management is willing to hear different voices and make the changes 4. We have access for all tax-related software (necessity) 5. Your work is different on daily basis --> you will grow fast 6. Reasonable hours in busy season (~55 hrs); for off-busy season: 8:30 - 5:30

      Pros

      Altum is a young firm yet healthily growing. Management values people. You have direct access to management whenever you have a question. Besides that, management pays attention to your interest and helps to set up and achieve your goals. There are well developed templates, training materials available which are helpful. People here are happy, and willing to help each other. Great opportunities working here.

      Still young and still working on firm policies and structure.
