Pros

They give consultants good pay, which is much higher than the local employees. But that depends on how you get hired. Everyone gets a different pay. The bottom-line people are great.

Cons

The culture is not quite comfortable. The management ,especially middle-high level are focusing on playing tricks rather than on improving the process or making benefits for the whole company.

Lack of direction, no infrastructure, everything is a fire drill, Abobve all this very high turn over that stems from the core of the company and filters down to ALL levels of the company. Beware of "family values" during the interview peocess.
