I give up - outsiders need not apply

Pros

There are pros such as the dress code and the work environment.

Cons

Many people are given boatloads of work and then taken advantage of while the more favored people are given easier assignments and then promoted to the top for doing so well. Honestly unless you know someone and are well connected, you need not apply. You will just end up doing the work & not get recognition for it.

Pros

Great atmosphere and great people. Flexible schedule. Twice a year bonuses are nice. Ample opportunity to better yourself! Company sponsors team outings and something fun at every holiday. Great location. Offers in-house gym and personal trainer.

Cons

Management consists of very smart, educated, well practiced business men/women but very few know how to effectively manage people. No internal HR department so is difficult to have your concerns heard. Recently sold to large company and employees fear the 'small company' feel will go away very soon. No commission system.

Pros

Some employees are great but overall, no. Very fake.

Cons

Major sorority! Put on a false smile on everyday and looking for another job to get out of here!!!
