They take good care of their loyal employees with benefits and training. Open line of communication extends to the top.

Cons

Passive-aggressive management style, and knee-jerk reactions among middle management at times make expectations difficult to grasp.

Health Insurance plan is amazing, but that's about it.

Cons

Properties are pretty outdated, communication is subpar, no room for promotion unless you plan on being there for 10+ years it seems. Base pay is very low, commission rates are also very low, about $125-$150 per lease.
