Pros
An open space where your knowledge, opinions and you as an individual are valued. An employee-centric company. A management like no other found in my expansive career of over a decade. A place where you don't have to fear if you want to innovate and learn as much as possible, and the best part, there is no cabin system. The workplace is so dynamic you feel like a part of the work instead of coming to work with fatigue, same as yesterday, as you don't get a chance here to sulk in such a prolific environment. The diversity you see here is unreal!
Cons
None. I have not found anything I would have reservations about. You will be at the right place if you crave knowledge from the best minds in the industry and you want to grow.

Pros
There is a good leave balance, and they are supportive of people who are looking to switch industries without prior work experience.
Cons
They absolutely love playing the blame game. Regardless of whose fault it is, they will blame the person lowest in the hierarchy. Also, God forbid if anything might go wrong, they will threaten you with a warning letter, and a meeting with the leads of your companies. Most of their management never worked in the selling part of sales, just the management, so they refuse to listen to the issues the employees might actually be facing. They also really enjoy claiming to be helpful, but when you actually ask for help, no one helps you. Since they don't help you, and you make a mistake, everyone will be there to blame you, and raise questions. When you do point out that you asked for help, they will just continue to blame you saying "you didn't ask properly"

Pros
There are no PROs of working here
Cons
This company is all about dirty politics. The work environment is fake and toxic, and there is a lot of bullying and harassment. Managers make you work extra hours, and you will not have time for your personal life. Only the managers' favorites will be promoted, regardless of their skills. Many employees have been forced to leave early because of the toxic work environment. The company culture is one of fear and intimidation. Employees are afraid to speak up or challenge the status quo. They are afraid of being bullied or harassed, or of being passed over for promotions. This creates a climate of anxiety and stress, which can lead to health problems, low morale, and high turnover. If you are considering working for this company, I urge you to think twice. The toxic work environment is not worth the stress and anxiety. There are many other companies out there that offer a more positive and supportive work environment.

Pros
There are no pros of working here. Only good thing is that you'll get free lunch
Cons
This company is all about dirty politics, everything here is for social media. Just like social media the work environment is fake too. Everywhere you look be it partnership team, marketing, sales, supply or even SEO team. Every team is full of politics. Here managers bullies you and make your work extra hours. Your personal life will be spoiled. And you won't get time for family or yourself. Because you'll be so much innovled in this company and dragged in politics you won't have time for yourself. You'll work day and night but you'll not be promoted. Only managers favourite people who don't even know basics but know how to make manager laugh or drink with them will be promoted. Before your promotion you'll get your termination letter. There are so many employees who are forced to leave early because of dirty politics here. People who're really skilled at their job are not appriciated. Because manager will love and promote only those who says yes to their dirty politics and strategies. And to be honest this is harsh reality of every department here.
