Potlucks and Christmas lunch Friendly coworkers Free food and ice cream every once in a while Opportunity to work remotely on certain days if needed Good healthcare benefits

Cons

Low pay. No raises. Getting overworked. You don’t earn your PTO until after your one year anniversary with the company and they don’t give you enough. Not taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously from the beginning (we had to close the building twice because of outbreaks). High turnover.
