      Within your department you will become friends with some of your coworkers.

      Cons

      Interdepartmental communication is non existent and borderline toxic. Low accountability from upper management. Many long term employees have mastered the art of the "blame game".. Unfortunately, these issues are embedded in the culture, and as a result, it cultivates a high turn over employee environment .

      I value the flexibility of a Work from Home environment and I feel supported overall, and I think that management does a good job to support us. Thank you.
