AGA has a lot to offer - from a culture that truly teaches one another like family - to an environment where questions are encouraged and due to lack of turnover, there is an incredible amount of institutional knowledge. If you are in the industry and looking for the pass to do great work and get treated well, this is it.
Cons
You miss out on a lot when not in the office. It's important to be there.
