Pros
Lol. This company "am pest" had a few things that could be observed in a certain point of view to "have some good traits" for example.... for being flexible with your schedule, working around your own agenda etc. The pay was OK when you met certain goals or like said above incentives. But having said this above, I guess you really can't call it a pro when it eventually would just come back and bite you right in the derrière

Oh cons! This company was a horrible company to work for no matter how hard you got out of work no matter how many hours you put into it you're made to be Felt like a part of this family that does not exist. And that's something that they push for marketing and advertising is being a "family oriented" business. I think over my eight year. Working for this company I lost more money in a year and a half from what they owed me, so you can take the eight years back I'm just make that 6 1/2. When I was separated my position from this company that I had "sort of" grown into a blood their red white and blue for so long and worked so hard for them and in the end none of that mattered and it was quite heartbreaking, The best thing about it though I would say he gave me an opportunity to go out and venture from what I've learned to open up my own very successful business to this day. There were so many things that I can sit here and say to all your future pest control endeavors there are so many bad qualities that this company had. It would literally take me hours and hours of typing to squeeze it into "long story short". There would be these Christmas parties at this Christian-based found company where they would serve alcohol, and I seen incidences when people couldn't even walk back to their own vehicle because they were so drunk that they ended up passing out into the grass or on top of a picnic table! Lol. Trust me I am not hating I'm just venting the simple truth! They LIE, They STEAL, They CHEAT! But again, thank you American pest control for helping me to venture out so I could make a bad business better. I'm not even going to go into the lawsuits that cannot be taken care of because their repair warranties to these little old innocent people Who had been paying renewals for years and all of a sudden a customer was off of the floor due to a certain WDO damage they wouldn't honor. Anyways keep doing what you're doing and you're bound to fall flat faced in your own pile of business dung!
