Pros

Training. CPR paid for by company. Uniforms paid for by company. It's a good stepping stone if your starting out with security for the first time. I had a few awesome coworkers. I started out by floating getting to know the sites. Took me months to get to full time. Easy to get into.

Cons

Pay wrong by HR most the time and fight with you even if your right. Management only calls if something is wrong. Health insurance is horrible. Time off they try. Too many call outs by coworkers. Pay sucks. You will have a lot to do but you won't be paid well to do so. From site to site you are trained doesn't mean your trained well for what you ACTUALLY need to know.

Pros

Only had one manager that was firm but fair to all.

Cons

Unless you are a favorite of the managers you don't have a snowballs chance in hell of progressing with the company. It was like pulling teeth to receive time off, unless you are dying, and have someone to cover your shift.
