Company has solid and futuristic roadmap. Fast paced organisation. Extremly good learning environment. Lot of scope to explore. Self learning environment. Very friendly and supportive team. Leadership always appreciates the accomplishments and supports in cases of failures. Very good organisation processes. Quality is ensured by process and quality delivery is not just dependent on people only. Periodic reviews and feedback system helps grow in career. Idea's good or bad are always listened to. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Anacle.

Cons

Lots of SoPs to follow, likely due to strict data privacy and security. But its inevitable. Less training for experienced. Freshers and interns get more needful training.
