      Dishonest to employees, springs life changing sistuatuons on employees last minute such as (pay cuts) the company also has many lay offs, Fire you without explanation, promises you promotion you will never get! Along with overworking you! This company does not offer raises! And doesn’t give 2cents about their employees

      Anacomp is a company who believes in open communication with all their employees. As a current full-time (Anacomp does not offer part-time positions in our St. Louis location) employee, you are probably aware that we are in process of a massive expansion in our St Louis office adding over 150 new positions, including new management positions some of which have been promotions from within, so I am unsure of many of your comments.       the pay is ok for what you do

      this is the worst place that i have ever worked. The management is always looking at ways to pad their own pockets at he little guys expense. they try to force you to take the over priced insurance. most of the good reviews on here were put on falsely to better there ratings so management could get new hires in Saint Louis location. the pay scale is less now for new hires than it was. if you start workin for tis company you reall need to watch your back

      At Anacomp we do our best to provide a positive work environment to our employees. We aim to achieve employee satisfaction by providing comparable salary and work schedule. As you are probably aware of our pay scales and ranges are outlined in the contracts we participate in and are set by jobs, location and contractual agreements. The Anacomp insurance is also provided to employees who work on these contracts at no cost.       None. This company is a farce as are the comments about the environment. My hope that anybody sees this before applying BARELY outweigh my fear of retaliation. DO. NOT. BE. FOOLED. This is an inch above slave labor.

      I would hate to see any "family" that treats each other the way these so called leaders treat those who report to them. Your clearly doctored reviews and utterly fake feelings towards your "family" clearly don't when show calling the location a "Cash Cow" and then paying barely livable wages.

      While we address issues raised by current, as well as prior employees, it is difficult for us to do so when generalities are posted to an online forum. Anacomp has several processes to escalate any issues that may arise between an employee and their manager. We would encourage you to contact HR at 760-666-4541 to discuss the issues in more detail. We realize this is a difficult job. It’s made more difficult by meeting production Level SLA's daily for our customers, both in quantity as well as quality.
