Pros
- Devs working there are helpful and open to listening and improving. - You will get Breakfast (above average) and Lunch (below average) - Good offices
Cons
- First and foremost really bad leadership. I believe they act so childish, make an opinion about ppl without any solid reason, and they start treating you so badly and didn't try to resolve what's in their minds by talking and discussing. - Had an incident, there is one guy who used to do a particular type of work and the team is kinda depend on his work on a few cases, so in SCRUM someone raises a point that we should have a KT session for obvious reasons, but CTO said its a "PARASITIC thinking" and people should learn by themself and deliver on a given deadline. Which makes me question CTO decision-making and leadership. - Few mates are being scolded because one of them has shared an office-friendly meme on Slack in a channel where the already abusive content meme has been shared and liked by CEO and CTO. But they target and threaten the person who react to that meme and said it was unethical. And the same day CEO addressed a team in front of the whiteboard written "TWERK TILL DEATH" which I know was written by someone the CTO is biased towards and that is not unethical. - No WFH even if you have valid reasons CEO personally replies on ppl request on WFH request in not a good way Now come to tech-related stuff: - You will only do the scraping. - Learn a few things about reverse Engg. - That's all now repeat. - You will regret your decision of going into that company when you don't have anything else to right on your resume which others appreciate rather than "JUST" scrapping.
