      Pros

      Analog Modules is a small company and I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The company has a great bonus plan, good benefits, good pay, and employees are treated fairly. The 9/80 work schedule was a plus. I enjoyed working there for many years.

      Bonus structure, interesting technology to produce, team members are friendly, hours are normal.

      Cons

      Rigid hierarchical structure, obstructive management at times, slow to adopt modern process technology, slow to spend money on needed resources, some positions have too many responsibilities.
