Pros

Invested a lot into software like SAP so company had single ERP system. Good place to work if you are a bro.

Cons

Very political and very club like atmosphere. The treatment of women in this company is beyond belief. Men are certainly paid more even with less education and experience, promoted far more often, and simply allowed to get the job done. Women are chastised for asking questions and expected to perform administration work, like data entry, while men absolutely won't. Example: while helping a less experienced male colleague (doing his job basically) put together some instructions on how to perform a task he could not figure out, he asked that I also deliver the training. I agreed to take yet another hour of my busy schedule to do his job and deliver training. I asked him if he could just run off enough copies for the number of attendees, as it was his meeting, and I wasn't going to have time to stop at a copier. My office was a five minute walk from the conference room and he sat next to it. So he complained that I had asked such s favor and I was made to apologize to him for asking him to perform such a task of making copies for his meeting that I did all the work to prepare for him. Oh, and he refused to make the copies for his mating. So if women don't do as they are asked, no matter how technical, they are not a team player and get spoken to about their behavior and if men don't do what they are asked, if it's a woman asking, again, a woman is out of like. I could give examples all day. This is just one, it goes on daily at all levels.
