Poor working conditions. Poorly managed building. Poor management. Lack of respect for employees. Lack of respect and trust in black employees. Top management has consistently displayed racial biases and discrimination toward black employees. Very high turn over rate. Negative and bad attitudes tolerated in management . Low morale.

No room for growth, most upper management have no degree or experience leading. Only family members or friends of the president are managers and get preferential treatment. No bonus or performance review. No HR so stuff will get swept under the rug which would not fly at any other company. The company is a "stepping stone" or a "filler" before an offer from a real company comes along.
