Old management with no understanding of technology. poor organization\projection planning management. everyone there has worked there for over 15 years without updating or upgrading anything

Pros

The owner lives and works in Florida for 6 months every year. President/son hides in his office most days with juvenile toys.

Cons

Miserable owner. No company direction. Employees are way under paid. Majority of time will hire based on a lower salary than experience required. Owner spends most time verifying invoices instead do discovering ways to improve business. No career path.
