I worked at Andolasoft India Pvt Ltd full-time for more than 5 years , Scope to learn a lot of stuffs in a short span of time You will learn to handle pressure (you have to) Most important is, you will be a full stack developer You will get scope for tutor juniors/freshers/interns which also enhances your skills Opportunity for giving seminars and conducting sessions (some times forced to do also) No hierarchy and No politics . Best grooming for freshers all round skill development, Nice place to learn and grow , Job Security , Good Hike , Upper management support , No Working Saturdays For outgoing time, if you finish your work in time without much breaks then you can leave for the day scheduled outgoing time.
