Like most of us come from Service Industry background (IBM/ HCL/Infy/TechM/ Accenture etc) we have a particular mindset from work culture, work life balance point of view. I also was very apprehensive in Joining AngelOne however Today I confidently say that was best decision I made for myself to join AngelOne. 1. Best work culture, fully remote and work life balance. 2. No micromanagement 3. You get full accountability and responsibility of whatever you want to do as per your skills 4. You can hone your skills and grab new role as per your potential

No growth Appraisal are Awaful, single digit increment (max 6-8 percent not even beating the inflation) Poor HR policies Unresponsive and dumb HR, They are unaware about everything Have no interest in employees problem, can’t even decide proper designations for the employees Angel prefer to huge salaries to new people rather than increasing salaries of the current employees who deserved If you want to see place who rewards disloyalty and punish loyalty then this is a place to visit Salaries are much below the market standards for employees who have been working for more than 2,3 years but new joinee will enjoy everything
