Decent salary but be prepared to work till you drop. Recommended if money is an issue for you.
Pros
Company provides lunch and uniform for working in the factory. Salary is above average. Low entry requirements for job. Weight- Loss is a guaranteed. Routine work and OT work is paid.
Cons
Company culture emphasizes on certain aspects like teamwork and reliability but the reality is otherwise. Employees are pressured to work at extreme pace which may increase the risk of injuries. Not an engineering role contrary to what was mention in the interview. Skills learnt are limited and unique to the company may not be useful in future jobs. Career progression is crippled due to how employees are judged by the level of likability of the individual or favoritism and not on how they work. Learning new skills is difficult as employees are restricted to many things within the workplace. Micro managing of employees is a nail in the coffin. Medical leave is a taboo and considered like a crime within the company. Employees often report to work sick due to stress and pressure from the company. Attendance allowance without sick leave or urgent leave within the month is another reason employees report to work sick. Colleagues will despise you as certain roles in the day to day operation has to be filled in. Highly strenuous and mentally taxing job. If you have injuries due to work, company may indirectly deem you as unsuitable for the job and guilt trip you to resign. Management always ask for feedbacks but only listen to what they want to hear. Reasons and rebuttal are irrational or illogical.
