- Salaries are supplemented with excellent benefits and time off, but will not compete with other companies if salary is your priority. - Growth is taken seriously, but progression will tend to be sideways and in a small-medium company like Angel

Senior management tried to push changes which had negative impacts on productivity. Also no progression or pay reviews.
