If your a sales person who likes strictly base and no commissions it's highly recommended, with a sweat shop mentality. The support element isn't there, and the technology is the best unfortunately it lacks redundancy, uptime and most of all vision.

Lack of leadership, support, and platform Sucks. They have a great thing it's just too bad they dont' have the knowledge and know how to make it work.
After being bought by Genesys they offer Open time-offs which is good. There is a good work life balance and very flexible environment. Work culture is good.

Bad compensation. If you can negotiate initially then it might work our for you. Do not expect yearly increment in your salary.
