      Cannot think of any OT is only for best reps and not everyone Some managers have you sit in Zoom all day

Regarding overtime, please note that OT is managed based on specific business needs and legal requirements, which may not always be visible to the broader team.       Pros

      I have never worked for a company with such a positive and supportive culture. Whether we're talking about leadership or colleagues, people here care a lot about seeing you succeed and grow.

      Cons

      The job itself can be very mentally taxing, as are all sales jobs. You have to keep a strong focus on staying aligned in EVERY aspect of your life -- not just work -- to stay motivated and winning.
