The owner is your boss and he is extremely difficult to work with. It’s a revolving door of employees because of how your treated. In the beginning it all seems great but it just gets horrible. Some foreman are okay but the owner is way to involved and treats you like you don’t deserve to be there

Company is run by a narcissistic egomaniac that bullies his way through life. He has bullied the employees into yes men that can't have their own thoughts or ideas because he knows better, If you are a suck up & a snitch, then this is your place, they reward that behaviour. No safety policies or practices, it's always the cheaper the better. A lot of promises are made but none are kept. The few policies that they do have are random & enforced only when it suits them. Very unorganized, no structure, daily drama & disruption. Don't expect diversity, don't expect bonuses, don't expect to be treated like you are a valuable employee, you fill a spot & please believe they let you know that you are replaceable by someone cheaper.
