High attrition rate as people are realising, what this company is....😄
Cons
There are so many 1.No work- life balance 2.They never treat with you respect 3. No career growth. 4.always pushing people into tough situations and have fun. 5.very high attrition rate. 6. Pushing the old people ( i mean the people who were part of pilot batches and who were the pillars for the setup operations in India) and getting B school students, just to create brand. Even they will be pushed out soon. 7,Lot of internal politics and favouritism
