      Out of touch management

      Home working There are no other pros

      Cons

      Broken promises, given very few tools to actually do the job properly, senior managers completely out of touch with the staff on the phones and don’t seem to actually care about the stress they go through and then wonder why people leave.

      Remote working Originally great benefits and work life balance Bonus for work after probation if hit targets

      Cons

      Got taken over by a new company and benefits, responsibilities and management all went downhill. Mental health support lacked and managers had no claim experience yet given senior roles to determine targets and claims handlers ability to assess. Lack of understanding of mental health or neurodivergent people. Managers very pal-y so have no ability to defend their team to higher ups. Pay gap in gender not closed. More male managers. Services offered got worse so customers got worse over calls. Used to be a good company.
