- Mediocre leadership at the top with an extreme lack of emotional intelligence and professionalism that bleeds down (with the exception of a few).
- Poor management is overlooked and sometimes even rewarded. Leadership treats the CEO like a parent who is afraid to discipline their child and lets him do whatever no matter what the consequences are on anybody.
- Constant change of priorities, projects and expectations that are not communicated.
- Lack of transparency to employees about whats going on in the company. A quarterly all hands meeting well presented will fool anyone and mask the fact that in reality there is no focus or vision.
- Your opinion doesn't matter and your voice is not heard, no matter if you're speaking for yourself, your team or the customer.
- No acknowledgement or accountability for the issues mentioned above, instead they'll make you think you are the problem.
- You're just a set of hands because at the end of the day all they want is for you to do what you are told.
This is not the place where you want to be if what you're looking for is professional growth and a solid and healthy professional environment.
