      Nice Environment, Supportive Seniors, Lots of Opportunity to prove yourself as a smart & good employee.

      Cons

      Increment process, promotions and unable to interact with higher seniors . after you have giving your 7 yrs to this company.

      Pros

      It's like a start up company, and good thing is they have experienced candidates and they work on good projects.

      Cons

      Cons is, I went there for Technical Round almost 15 ppl were there, they rejected all of them only 1 got selected. Nd they declared result after two weeks. They were looking for Only core Java, but they asked the questions from Java, JSP tags, servlet..... Which shows they wasted others time. Travelling long distance to get a job nd after putting all your effort with your money and time when you gets rejected... It really hurts...
