Your role is practically not what you like and can do best but what the client wants you to do, and it’s hard to change once you are in a long-term project. A lot of changes in senior management structure all the time. High people turnover.

-no pay raises - incivility in the workplace - no growth opportunities - inconsistent management / not aligned - do not care about individual people (only clients and bottom line) - terrible company culture - rude colleagues - does not reward good results, only penalises imperfect behaviour - environment more akin to an elementary school than anything else
