At ground level you're working with decent hard working people.
Cons
1. The senior management is dillusional. They only think about themselves and their favourites. 2. There is no career progression at all in this company. I know (good) people who have been in the same position for many years. The company seems to always think hiring from outside is better than promoting from within. 3. The company never defends its own employees from clients. The clients' word is taken as gospel, and is never questioned. Talk about a toxic culture. And this all comes from the top. 4. There is no concept of work-life balance. You can be based in other parts of the world, and senior management expects you to be available at their working hours. In general, it's an extremely toxic culture from the top down in an industry that has historically been so close knit and fun to be a part of. All the good leaders that made this company are now gone. Unfortunate.
