      Great customers Decent work environment Not super busy

      Cons

      No room for advancement Owner hardly there and didn't have a clue what was going on in the day to day business No set management Employees were expected to work as both Medical Assistant and Office Manager without any compensation Owner didn't even properly let go on his employee's, made fellow CMA's do his dirty work

      Close to everything when you need to get lunch

      Cons

      If you get a difficult patient you're not going to have anyone to back you up and if you take more than 15 minutes for patient or talk to much you will get fired
