      None,seriously, I'm not lying, this is the worst place I've ever worked, if I could give a zero I would, you'll see

      Management, very very poor, I dont evenknow where to begin, safety department will make up lies to fire you, haha

      Good company for self starters. People who don't need to be checked up on or "encouraged".

      Pros

      As long as your doing your job, you will rarely hear from anyone at corporate. There are no dispatchers, but you will have an account manager. The offices are in Michigan, so if your account is in OH, or GA for instance you'll never even see your boss, or rarely hear from them. You are basically you're own boss in charge of your own route planning, start time, arranging truck repairs etc. just do your job well and you're left alone.

      Cons

      You may only get raises every few years, if the account your on gets another contract with more money.

      Great managers, nice pay, nice equipment (especially flatbed)

      Cons

      It can be a workout, depending on the account you could be on nights and that's hard sometimes.
