Pros
Work from home and other benefits are great.
Cons
If you're thinking of coming to work at Apache do your due diligence and speak to some of the employees. Our leadership team is fake as hell providing nothing but lip service to the employee base. Yes there are good team leaders but the majority of our execs and VP's are in it solely for themselves. Our stock has been on a 5+ year steady decline since our current CEO took over (who also happens to be one of the highest paid CEO's in oil and gas). If you like the insider good old boy network this is the place for you. All of our top execs are the CEO's college roommate, best man in his wedding or former co-worker. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Good people at the company. Benefits and pay were good.
Cons
Continued layoffs and "retirements" make everyone uncomfortable.
Pros
flexible hours and benefits, great teamwork
Cons
management unwilling to adapt with the times

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Apache full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
The benefits package is good, 401K , PTO...
Cons
Toxic environment in Supply Chain group. Top VP of SC guy looks after his own benefit, this culture spills down the rest of the structure. Managers don't care about people, they can't / don't want / are not able to put a stop to this. Young people coming and leaving as fast as they can. No trust on SC management who invent "results" to show off inexistent credits before upper management. People with experience were laid off. Relationships with Regions are nominal only. It's a pity that a great team at SC was dismantled 2-3 years ago and became this Frankenstein. Apache is not anymore the company we used to love.
