Pros

The company has a clear structure and different departments are well organized. It operates at a decent scale and has stable business in the market. Worked with several well-known clients, which gave good exposure to large corporate accounts and professional processes.

Cons

The work environment felt stressful and sometimes toxic. The management style was highly micro-managed, which limited autonomy and trust. There were noticeable internal conflicts across teams, which impacted collaboration and morale. In addition, there were concerns about compensation transparency and fairness, which created frustration and reduced overall job satisfaction. There was also a mismatch between responsibility and compensation. The workload and expectations were closer to an L3 level, but the pay was more aligned with an L1 role. The scope of work carried meaningful impact, but the compensation did not reflect that level of responsibility.
