Pros
Great company to work for working on the best of breed technology, always pushing the envelope in whats possible in the space. They don't "design by hype" but are always looking to integrate reliable new tools to the platform.
Cons
Customer demands are also high and the system is mission critical for those customers, not really a con but there is little room for error and you must be fast to react should something happen.
