My induction was very well organised and a great opportunity to learn about the company and meet everyone.
The product is interesting, and there is a lot of space for growth in the market. Being involved in documenting it is challenging and rewarding.
Everyone who works here is very friendly, supportive and helpful. I have a lot of autonomy in how I do my work, and provided it is delivered to the appropriate standard, all is good. Any suggestions or feedback is considered and if it makes sense, is acted on.
The nights out / annual work conference are great fun!
I work part-time - three days a week. I have been working from home for two days each week since January. The flexibility this gives me to have a good balance of work and home life is fantastic.
