      - The working environment is so good, and you learn something new from someone in the company every day. - I love the fact that everyone is so 'adjustable' and always wants things to work for you in the way you want. - Space for personal development is huge, you always get asked and pushed towards where you want to grow. - Remote-friendly and they mean it. - Awesome off-site events. - Feedbacks are ALWAYS taken seriously by the team including seniors of the company. - Office is beautiful in the heart of Prague with all the things you can ask for. - and many more...

      Pros

      - flexible hours - nobody counts vacation and days off - no bullsh*t environment - jerk-less company - openness and transparency - people first approach - great team (personally and to learn from) - interesting work - great product - ongoing professional development - the ability to influence things - encourage learning

      Cons

      - heavy workload - "work hard & play hard" applies 100% - growing pains :) - inexperienced team-leaders (not all of them!) which is normal as company quickly grows. For me is important, that team-leaders are working on their management skills and getting better
