No structured induction, new employee feels isolated , specially in Finance department, no announcement after joining. Finance department does not work with IT, there is huge gossip everywhere.

Cons

Good work life balance, salary is very average but benefits are standard. There is no encouragement for existing people to accept a new one

Pension Canteen Shop floor is clean, good temperature. Office area is open plan high ceiling, sometimes can be beneficial when you want to find and disturb anyone. Company shares

Cons

Poor work life balance. Too stressful, pushing, pushing, pushing. Management direction lacks consistency Management doesn't work to the values it claims are so high on the agenda. Trying to force changes through without providing the support or infrastructure to do so. Open plan office causes distractions so hinders concentration, sometimes can be a noisy environment.
