The atmosphere is amazing, with incredible people who create a truly positive environment. The company shows a strong preference for promoting from within, fostering growth and loyalty among employees. There is a genuine feeling that we are building something big and meaningful together, supported by great management that leads with vision and care for the employees.
Cons
Startup life isn't for everyone, as it often comes with long hours and the feeling of being overworked. While the pace can be exciting, it also demands a high level of commitment and resilience, which may not suit everyone’s work-life balance preferences.
