The AppCake company is cool for the following reasons: - FIRSTLY, the attitude towards the working staff is polite - SECONDLY, comfortable environment for work - THIRDLY, morning and evening rallies help to tune in to the process, put all the information in your head in order and compose a plan for the day

Cons

I also noticed a couple of minor cons: -quite a long working day and -strict discipline
