Pros

Founders are very well accomplished technologists and tech entrepreneurs. The company pays for beers every friday and they have a kitchen with snacks and almond milk (I'm lactose intolerant so that was a pleasant surprise when I started working there). I think overall they are good people and i have a cool bunch of colleagues

Cons

Frankly I don't have much work experience but something is just not right about this place. If they know that you are looking for another job, they fire you. If you find something else and give your two weeks notice, they fire you. In the past two months I think that they have let go of about 15 people. There was one guy who they gave an offer to, so he quit his other job, and then they pulled back the offer. They're compensation and benefits package is not that good either, only 10 vacation days which is the minimum required by law, other companies give you at least 15 days or unlimited. Being here I get the sense that they don't care for the employees and don't invest in their people and other reviews on here show that as well. And I'm starting to get the sense that these people will use your personal issues against you - there was an announcement made to the entire company that someone took a sick day to deal with a bed bug issue... I mean really? How is that relevant? This is why I don't think this place is conducting themselves as a professional organization should. And the only sales training I got was "you know how to talk to people, right?" I can't wait to get out of here but I'm afraid to actually voice my unhappiness because I'll lose my job.

Pros

Really intriguing product and technology. Hardworking dedicated management and team. HUGE upside. Founders have amazing track record. Work hard play hard environment. True start-up ... but really starting to grow nicely.

Cons

Still in the process of defining and building brand. Still defining and cultivating the culture. Office is full and busy, activity is high level, so at times it can be hard to find quiet spaces.

Stay away if you like getting paid for work

Pros

None that really matter. Snacks available in office. No official time clock but someone is always watching. They offer decent benefits but you can get the same or better elsewhere. They promise the world and give nothing, make sure you get everything they offer you in writing otherwise it did not happen.

Cons

Prepare for unrealistic goals, chasing management for payment, and covering your behind so the mistakes of upper management do not get placed on you. Retailition if you ask for fair wage, I was actually emailed resumes for my own job to review when I asked to be paid for my overtime hours, this was after being owed close to 200 hours. I had to call an attorney, their payroll company, and the Dept of Labor to get a resolution.
